this product is unbelievably good with a superb deep beef flavour and excellent fat - reminds me of how beef used to taste.
It is excellently butchered to ensure little or no wastage or shrinkage.
I cannot rate this product high enough - you must try it for yourselves!

Good flavour
The beef tasted good but it lost so much weight when cooked i didn't like the purchase . Im very familiar with salt beef and often cure my own. I understand how to cook it and the importance of temperature and followed the well understood procedure. It lost almost half its weight when prepared I was shocked and disappointed.This has never happened before .
