Wasnt sure how large a joint to buy, so bought 3k and 2k. Select 3k for Xams and it was wonderful. Followed the cooking instructions and it was the star of the show (well actually joint star as I also ordered a Turkey from Kelly's).
Great flavour, tender and a terrific carve.
I now have a 2k joint in the freezer calling me every Sunday since!!! |

The beef was amazing-I ordered a large 4kg piece for Boxing day and it was delicious.
Everyone said how succulent and tender it was. I have ordered a large ribe of beef from you in the past and this was equally fantastic |

| Amazing quality beef |
Roasted this beef for an Easter dinner and it was beautiful. The flavour is rich and deep.
