| Christmas Eve Supper |
| I always make a formal Christmas Eve supper as we inevitably have a house full. This year I was cooking for 8 houseguests & decided on vodka and beetroot cured salmon followed by rare roast sirloin with traditional trimmings. Absolutely delicious, indeed the beef was unanimously declared the best we had eaten all year. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Detek jelly beef again. |

| Excellent Beef |
| This was the first time I ordered Kelly's Beef having had turkeys from you for absolutely years!! I cooked this on December 27th and it was fantastic. I love to cook and have found it difficult to source really good beef and, originally, I was sceptical about frozen beef but I needed have worried. I knew the moment it started to cook that it was going to be good. Thank you so much and I will definately be ordering this again from you. |
