 Christmas Day Roast Beef |
| Considering I had never roasted a sirloin of beef before, I followed the instructions from the enclosed leaflet and on your website, and the joint ended up beautifully cooked. Tender and juicy, cooked to medium, and enjoyed by the whole family. Definitely would buy again. |

Certainly a cut of beef fit for a King! Wonderful flavour and with Pauls cooking tips it was just perfect for our Christmas table.

| Expensive but...... |
| This beef was the most expensive I have ever brought! But it had great texture with loads of marbling and my family thought the flavour was outstanding. One for special occasions. |

| Perfection! |
| This is our first time ordering from Kelly Bronze Beef, and we were most impressed. The beef was delivered promptly, was well packaged and was also easy to cook, following the online cooking guidelines. It was by far the most delicious piece of beef that we have had for a very long time. It was tender, succulent and the flavour was outstanding. We will certainly be back for more, and have already recommended Kelly Bronze to our family and friends. |
