| FOUR BONE RIB |
| We had an early Christmas dinner with friends and although they had sold out they still managed to find one for me. This is the second time I have brought the same joint and I am not surprised it sells out quickly. We all thought it was succulent and just the best we had ever tasted. You can't beat it, I only wish it was cheaper although it wouldn't stop me buying it. It is high quality and I have never bought better anywhere else. |

Texture, flavour, quality .
As a push the boat out treat the rib of beef delivers on all the above criteria.
The centrepiece of our Sunday roast, this meat was the star and the trimmings were the supporting roles.
Now we have purchased we can tell why it regularly sells out. |

| The best Beef we have ever eaten! |
All I can say is wow! The four bone rib was truly out of this world. An amazing flavour, totally tender and superlatives from family guests e.g. "This is the best beef I have ever eaten", "this is better than any restaurant"!

this product is unbelievably good with a superb deep beef flavour and excellent fat - reminds me of how beef used to taste.
It is excellently butchered to ensure little or no wastage or shrinkage.
I cannot rate this product high enough - you must try it for yourselves!
