The Best Beef I have ever cooked or eaten
For Christmas Day, one of our overseas guests, when asked (big mistake) asked whether he could have traditional roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. The beef tasted good but it lost so much weight when cooked i didn't like the purchase . Im very familiar with salt beef and often cure my own. I understand how to cook it and the importance of temperature and followed the well understood procedure. It lost almost half its weight when prepared I was shocked and disappointed.This has never happened before .
